Glynn House is ideally positioned in the popular NP19 area, placing you within easy walking distance of Spytty Retail Park – home to major retailers, supermarkets, coffee shops and everyday essentials, making longer stays effortless and convenient. Whether you need a quick food shop, gym access or a grab-and-go coffee before work, everything is close by.

For contractors and corporate teams, the property offers excellent access to key employment and industrial hubs. It is just minutes from the Severn Power Station (often referred to locally as the Severn Powerhouse), as well as the Queensway Meadows Industrial Estate, Reevesland Industrial Estate, and the wider Newport East business corridor.
